1. Ordering and Sourcing: Once you place your order, we collaborate with our network of international suppliers to source your selected plants ethically and sustainably.
2. Shipping to the UK: We handle all the logistics and paperwork involved in importing plants from various national and international locations to our headquarters in the UK.
3. Acclimation Period: Upon arrival, your plants undergo a standard three-week acclimation process in our specialized facility to adjust to their new environment. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Health Check: Throughout the acclimation period, we monitor the plants closely to ensure they adapt well to the new conditions.
• Replacement Guarantee: If any plant fails to meet our stringent health standards during acclimation, we replace it at no extra cost to you, ensuring you receive only the best specimens.

FLEXIBLE OPTIONS

We offer customization for acclimation to different growing environments, whether you prefer a grow tent, cabinet, or open home setting. This service is a chargeable service, and is available at checkout so simple select the option that is best for you, and we’ll tailor the acclimation process accordingly.

• Standard Shipping and Acclimation Fee: Staring at £15 with 3 week acclimation.
• Timeline: The complete process from order placement to doorstep delivery typically takes around six weeks, depending on the specific requirements and conditions of the plants.
